Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders ship within two business days from Georgia, tracked. You will get the tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.

International shipping is available. Any duties or import charges are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility — they are not included at checkout.

Returns

If a piece is not as described, message within 7 days of delivery and it will be sorted: return, exchange or refund, whichever suits. There is no form to fill in.

Because most of the archive is one of one, returns for fit alone are handled case by case. Measurements are published on every listing precisely so that this rarely has to come up — please check them against something you own before ordering.
